Hotel O Blue Ocean Near R City Mall - Mumbai

The room had a functioning air conditioning unit and clean sheets. the hotel was located near a bustling shopping center and had a nearby convenience store that was open late. It was nice to have complimentary bottled water provided.

The hotel was overall very dirty, with stained carpets and stale cigarette smoke permeating the air. There was no hot water for showering and the towels provided were threadbare and stained.

The hotel had a convenient location near a major shopping mall and public transportation. the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable throughout my stay, which allowed me to work efficiently from my room. Lastly, the hotel offered a free breakfast, which was a nice added value to my stay.

There were several negative aspects to my experience. My room was not properly cleaned and the amenities were not up to my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, location, staff and hotel facilities. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The hotel had great facilities, from the parking to the transportation options that were available. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the city's top attractions.

The location was great, very close to a shopping mall and other attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a great view from the window. the breakfast was delicious and served promptly, with plenty of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and always willing to help with any needs.

The bed wasnice and neat. The room had a pleasant smell and the facilities were in good condition. The payment process was smooth and hassle-free.
